It is a long story. We were returning from a train station after seeing off a friend and we picked up an issue of the Indian Maxim on the way to see how it was. The guy in the pic was driving and hadn't slept for 3 consecutive nights. He stopped the car at the side of the road to catch some sleep. I put the Maxim on the steering wheel and took this picture. :)
